Finally Home from the Beach

After an extensive stay 2 blocks for the world's most beautiful beach, we are so greatful to be at home.

Although our life here is simple, we love the quiet country setting. We have surrounded ourselves with good friends and much loved family and that makes us happy.

We are planning our yearly vacation with our children and grandchildren in a couple of weeks and can't wait to get everybody together. Although we will dearly miss our Kymber, we know that she is only doing what her husband has requested of her. She is a good wife.

We spend much of our time working. As a matter of fact, that is pretty much all we have been doing since we have been home. Just trying to get things together.

All in all, life is still good.

Life after kids

I must say that this spring has been wonderful! We have a project in Ebro Florida (located just north of Panama City Beach) and have been living part time in Miramar Beach just a couple of blocks from the Gulf of Mexico! We (including our two "boys", Samboe & Tucker) are having a great time in this area! There are so many things to do and they are so close to our house.

When we moved down here, we decided that we would eat out and enjoy all of the restaurants in the area. We enjoyed wonderful steaks at the Longhorn Steak house just shortly after arriving and have tried nothing much since. When the food is that good, you don't need anything else.

The boys and I enjoy walks in the quaint little neighborhood and Billy and I enjoy long walks on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful here. I will share some photos later. I have also checked out the outlet mall and Destin Commons! Guess we had better go home soon or I'll has us broke!

We still work very hard every day but I can truly say that we have a wonderful life. Full of joy and laughter. All in all, Life is good.
